Is the dealership cleaned regularly?
Yes. Steet Ponte VW is cleaned nightly by a professional cleaning staff. Additionally, all of our staff has sanitizing solution and paper towels at each of their desks, and located at high traffic areas, which get wiped down regularly throughout the day. We also offer hand sanitizer and cleaning solution for all customers to use. Our bathrooms are stocked daily with fresh paper towels and soap to encourage regular hand washing as well.
How are you practicing social distancing and cleanliness?
Our service waiting room chairs are spaced out 6 feet apart, as are our employee's desks. Customers sit across from their Sales Consultant, and each desk also has a plexiglass shield for added protection. We have sanitizing solution at all desks and frequently clean high touch areas like computers, desks, and waiting room throughout the day. All service technicians have always, and will always continue to wear latex gloves. They sanitize the inside of your vehicle, including high touch areas like the steering wheel, seat, door handles, and touchscreens after every service so it is clean and ready to be driven safely again!
Are masks required?
Absolutely. No one is allowed in the store without a mask, including our employees.
Can I pay my bill for service or parts over the phone?
Yes. Please give us a call and speak with our Office staff. They can assist you in getting your bill paid over the phone with a credit card. You may also mail in a check as well. From there, speak with Service or Parts to set up a time to pick up your vehicle without having to spend time in the store!
Can I shop for my new or preowned VW solely online?
Yes! Our Internet Manager, Valerie Rinaldi can help assist in this department! Fill out a contact us form for more information on a vehicle you are interested in. She will contact you and answer any questions you may have. You can also use the chat feature on our website to contact a representative 24/7, or give us a call during business hours to speak with someone in the store! Together with our Sales & Leasing Consultants in store, they can send you photos and videos of the vehicle(s) you're interested in. You can fill out a credit app online that would go directly to our Finance Manager. From there, you can go over finance, warranty, and protection plan options. Once approved and everything is set to you standards, we'll schedule a time for you to come in and sign your contracts and take the keys to your new (or new to you) VW!
What kind of special discounts are you offering during this time?
We are offering our $500 Military and First Responder rebate for all active, reserve, or retired military, EMT, police, & fireman rebate. We also offer a College Grad $500 bonus program. Additionally, our Service and Parts Departments offer regular coupons to help save during your appointments.
Can I drop my vehicle off for service without having to go inside?
Yes. We have our Early Bird Drop Box location, which can be used at any time. Just fill out the paperwork and leave your keys in the drop box. You can also schedule a service appointment online or via phone. Let us know you want limited contact within the store and we can have your vehicle waiting outside for you ready to go! Pay for your service over the phone and you'll be all set. We will call you with any updates and to review services done to your vehicle.
